Due to the proximity to the highway A4 and A72 you can quickly get to interesting cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or in the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitzer City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for great. On many cycling and hiking trails you can explore the area.

Shopping and the interior are in the immediate vicinity and are a 10-minute walk away. Home office with home cinema in Schmölln.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
