Beautiful bedroom in lovely converted open barn

This is part of a conversion of outbuildings and a small open barn. We left as many original features as was possible and added cosy underfloor heating beneath solid oak floors. The bedroom is not large, but is beautiful and is furnished with antiques. The shower room is contemporary and the shower works really well! Car parking is available on our private drive. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided plus croissants and jam for your first breakfast. Milk is provided in the mini-fridge.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Quintessential South Downs Cottage

Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. The Dairy is a characterful and elegant detached converted dairy. It sits next to our farmhouse in the beautiful 16 acre grounds of our home . With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

Unwind and relax at The Old Cowshed, a cosy sanctuary "away from it all". Situated on a farm down a long drive, the property is close to London but set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Beautiful Barn nr Haslemere in a gorgeous setting

Half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park, we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere, yet we are only a 30 minute walk from the centre of Haslemere. Tree Space is a low impact log cabin which nestles under giant Beech trees. It's cosy and snug in winter and light and bright in summer. One can enjoy the natural, tranquil surroundings, and feel part of them. It was inspired by low impact African lodges and there is a 'feel of Africa' in the environment and decor. Direct access on foot or by bike on to Hindhead Common and the Devils Punchbowl.
