Belle grande maison d'architecte sur sous-sol dans quartier prisé et recherché. Pavillon spacieux, confortable, cosy et chaleureux avec ses 3/4 chambres située à 300 m de Saint-Dizier. La maison fonctionnelle avec tout son confort convient aussi bien à des familles que des voyageurs en déplacement. La maison est proche des commerces du Val d'Ornel (Carrefour, etc...) de la belle piste de BMX et d'une aire de jeux. La plage "les Sources du Lac" est à 16 km du gîte (20 mn en voiture).

GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Rest in the horse industry

Rest in the Granges, in a former dairy farmhouse and the filming of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style - the place in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - Comfortable: one TV per room. Electricity in addition. Read the House Rules carefully. Free wood for heating. No pets in the bedrooms PLEASE. Linens provided and beds made up. Mosquito screens everywhere.
