Through a regional train connection in the village, you are from Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approx. 1000 sqm garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your children can play here to your heart's content.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Via the staircase you enter the sleeping floor.
