Charm of the Inselwallpark- Three room apartment

Our apartment with free private parking is located on the park, through which you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot. Bus stop 50m away. Entrance via the terrace in front of the living room towards the street (quiet). Lovingly and comfortably furnished old building apartment, 60sqm. Wi-Fi and second TV in the bedroom, bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine), kitchenette at the end of the hallway. Five steps connect the living room with the dining room. If the apartment is not rented, I use it personally.

A cute 1 room apartment incl. Kitchen and bathroom for you completely alone. A little bit is still being renovated, but the most important is finished. (See photos & details) It doesn't bother a craftsman during the stay. It is fast (fiber optic) Wi-Fi, a 55"TV incl. Netflix 4K available. The bed has a brand mattress. The apartment is 15 min walk to downtown… Shopping is possible: Penny in 350m, Rewe 500m , LIDL 600m nearby. Parking on the street is possible free of charge.

A cozy apartment awaits you on an area of 25 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by us in 2022. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a small kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator and mini oven. The bathroom has also been renovated. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

Welcome to our oriental-looking apartment with a double bedroom (1.60 m wide), bathroom and living room with armchair, sofa bed (1.60 m wide), table + fully equipped kitchenette . Internet connection. The place is good for individuals, couples, families. The living room is separated from the bedroom by a curtain. It's really cozy for two. Special discounts for weeks(20%)/monthly stays (45%). Only a 6-minute walk to the Helmholtzzentrum (HZI).

The apartment is approx. 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connect a long hallway from which the bathroom and kitchen also go. There is also a balcony facing the street from the living room. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), there is easy-maintained laminate flooring in all rooms.

Cozy cottage for two people. Directly on the lake, with large terrace and sauna. The house has been built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. Our 60m² guest apartment on the first floor of a two-family house has a 18m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach the Braunschweig city with theatre, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with phaeno and autostadt and the Harz. Free parking is available in front of the house.
