Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

The property is a 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is a 5-minute walk away (bus line 11 ring traffic) in about 15 minutes by car, by bus about 25 minutes at Ulmer Hbh. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 min. by car. The university clinics Eselsberg is reachable in 15 min. by car.

Holliday Appartment - Eigenhof 1 - Germany

The Eigenhof is near to Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest city in Stauferstadt. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal are within easy reach. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in forest and meadows. We are looking forward to families with children, couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

You will stay in a 4 room 98 qm downstairs flat, there is 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is always two rooms together/Through rooms (you go in one room to get in the other one). Me, my partner and our dog live upstairs. You have 3 supermarkets near by (1,5 - 2 km), a train station, to Legoland it is about 15 minutes by car.
