Register with the local government

In order to rent your accommodation in San Vito Lo Capo, you must submit a Communication of Short-Term Rental Activities form to the city’s Single Unit for Productive Activities (SUAP) via certified email (PEC).

You will need this registration to obtain a codice identificativo regionale (regional identification code), called CIR for short, and also to register on the tourist tax portal.

    How to file:

      • Complete and sign the form 

        here

      • Attach:
        • A scan of a valid identity document, such as your passport
        • A copy of your tax code
        • A copy of your most recent Visura catastale (Land registry)
        • A copy of the rental/loan agreement for the property, if applicable
      • Email the completed form and attachments to 

        protocollocomunesanvitolocapo@postecert.it

    Tourist Tax Collection
