Cozy three level townhome with three bedrooms including 2 full & 1 half baths between Washington DC and Quantico, a 20-30 minute drive to Ft. Belvoir, 15 minutes from the VRE/Amtrak station and 10 minutes from I95. Nice main level deck that backs up to a wooded area. Close to shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Washer and dryer included. The couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa but can be used to sleep on. Two parking spaces available in front of the home.

The house is in a very small neighborhood, located next door the Harpers Ferry KOA Holiday, all of the KOA amenities are included with the your stay (some are seasonal). Each bedroom and bathroom is furnished with linens/towels and basic amenities. Please note this is not a "party" house. No more than 12 people are permitted, day or night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.
