Perfect spot for snow shoeing (2 pairs for guest use) ice fishing, cross country skiing, and relaxing with 10/10 views. Walking distance to Wiouwash Trail. Great backyard with a fire pit with wood on hand and comfy outdoor couch under a roof. Garage supplies a cozy Cheers/Packer Bar area with access to the backyard.

You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. Easy drive to Lambeau Field, the airport, and downtown Green Bay!

This 2 bedroom, one bath unit is just a mile from Lambeau Field and the Titletown District! A great place to stay for a game weekend or visiting friends and family in town! Easy interstate access, just off I-41. No parties allowed. For property protection and to assist with guests there are floodlight cameras at each entrance, a camera in the garage (to enforce no smoking policy), and in the utility area of the basement to monitor consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, etc).

A cozy basement living room features a large sectional sofa and a pool table. Green and gold Packers decor, including a mural of a player, adorns the walls, while a chalkboard and various sports memorabilia enhance the space's vibrant theme.
