Waterfront - Kayak to Springs with manatees !

This property is situated on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 brand new kayaks on site or drive to Ft Island Gulf Beach and have the perfect river and beach getaway! This is a new construction home, everything is new. AC, roof, kitchen, appliances, etc. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs and up to 7 kids upstairs.

The Cove's "Love Shack, is approximately 400 sq. feet and originally built as a cabin for the fish camp. Completely remodeled in 2018 the cabin is decorated with vintage furniture, granite countertops, live edge oak shelving, a smart TV and large shower. Located at Rio Vista Park on the Rainbow River. Dive Inn, one of the best springs in Florida to scuba, snorkel, tube or kayak. Or hang out at the private park, swim, fish or just relax.
