Right in the city center, renovated building facing the town hall, I offer 1 entire floor composed of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds), a bathroom, toilet with a SPA bath (jacuzzi). In the upper floors, private kitchen giving access to the Veranda overlooking the rooftops of the city of Carcassonne and exceptional views of the Medieval City for lunch or drink. Municipal parking 3 minutes away, train station 5 minutes away, pedestrian street with many shops.

Pleasant studio with loggia, garden and private parking space in quiet environment. Located on the edge of the fairway that connects the port to the old village via the ponds of Gruissan, it is close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, market, beach...), all within walking distance and/or by bike. The apartment has 1 kitchen, 1 living room with its 2-seater foldaway bed 140*190 , 2 bunk beds 80*190 , 1 shower room with washing machine, 1 separate toilet.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet .

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter, the square hosts 3 markets. In summer, the streets are also invested in all that makes the Mediterranean markets charming. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoor space. To climb up to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children as well as for people with limited mobility.

Very comfortable, the accommodation is composed of a living room with TV area, equipped kitchen as well as an upstairs bedroom, and a shaded garden.
