Unique newly converted small barn, bright, light and self contained. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 2 small adults) due to restricted height space in loft. Converted Barn close to Goodwood

This is a fantastic place to get away from the crowds of London. Stunning and remote barn conversion minutes from Goodwood and Petworth with unobstructed views of the Downs. The Barn is on a very private 3 acres with patio and bbq. The large living room with a fireplace is perfect for groups to socialize and play board games (there's a good selection). The house sleeps 6 in the bedrooms. In addition there is a double sofa bed and a foldup bed. Country hikes and great pubs in the area.

Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland. Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

Country Retreat, The Old Cowshed - Sussex

Unwind and relax at The Old Cowshed, a cosy sanctuary "away from it all". Situated on a farm down a long drive, the property is close to London but set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the South Downs National Park. A quiet retreat for those who like the country; wildlife abounds and you can walk for miles straight from the front door. Great place for a couple (& young child). There is scope to do as little or as much as you want!
