Fully renovated detached house at the entrance of the village and very close to the square. Located very close to Cerro del Castillo, hiking lovers will be able to access in a few minutes on foot to the trails that lead to the Cobañera and the Navacerrada reservoir. This home has peace of mind, relax with your whole family! Beautiful spacious apartment, very nice, new and only half an hour from downtown Madrid, but enjoying nature and the Madrid mountain range. Three spacious bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool shower, full kitchen with all appliances. Gated community for tranquility and enjoyment of tennis court, playground, and pool in summer. The apartment is very quiet with no noise, ideal to disconnect.
