Apartment of 65 sqm ground floor with private patio & AC. Pizzeria & gas station around the corner. 3km ELV 500m square 1km Kalles Lek & Latjo 3 km Björkbacken's outdoor bath Animals have been in the home. TV with good selection of channels. Final cleaning included. Linné & terry cloth not included. The house is since 1901 & can be experienced responsive if you are sensitive to noise, we live on the upper floor.

Cabin 80 sqm with sea view newly renovated in Mönsterås

Cozy cottage with sea view on Nynäs before Oknö. Connect with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own plot about 100 meters to the sea close to swimming and nice hiking areas. Close to restaurants and grocery store. In case of bad weather, we have a water pallet bath house inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated so you can stay in the winter there. Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

Stay near Lake Alstern with a great view of the water and pine forest! The apartment is located secluded , connected with the owner's house. It is small accommodation 35 m2, fully equipped. On the lower level there are bedrooms with a double bed and space for a crib, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa and TV as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine and changing area. Sleeping loft with a bed and a sleeping mattress. Large deck. Regarding the location of the car. Boat with small engine and fishing license is included.

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

Villa in lovely Horn

Welcome to our spacious and cozy summer house! The house is almost 100 years old with lots of old charm! Private location with large garden in charming village 30 min from Astrid Lindgrens world. Close to swimming , hiking trail and wild and beautiful nature. The Östgötaleden runs through the village. Large social spaces that fit one-two families. Four working tiled stoves. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the whole house Pets are allowed In the village there is a grocery store - ICA and a nice swimming area.

Charming cottage next to creek with nature close by

Welcome to Holken at Norrby Säteri. Holken was built in the 19th century and is situated right next to a stream. In this charming and newly renovated house without close neighbors and with its large garden, you can fully enjoy nature. Lying in the hammock on the terrace of the house and listening to the stream's noise is a true relaxing one. A nice walk or bike ride on nice forest roads leads to a sandy beach in Stora Sundsjön where also rowing boats are at your disposal.

Charming loft with garden access

Cozy newly renovated loft. Large garden with carpenter's nest, farms, hammock and pirate nest. 900 meters to the nearest lake and 200 meters to the hiking trail in small country forest. There are lots of cozy cafes, flea markets and not least Astrid Lindgren's world at a reasonable distance for a day trip. We are happy to help you find the gems. If you are a training week, there are utensils as well as a rig in the yard ( as well as a training PT).

Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.
