Beautiful, quirky, fab sea views

Fabulous coastal studio house on beautiful North Norfolk coast. Walking distance to Wells next the Sea with its harbour and long sandy beaches, where you can often see seals. Juliet balcony, own private garden and parking on drive. Sleeps 2 adults + child/baby. Great sea/country views. Enjoy our huge, wonderful starry skies. Please note living room and kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and bedroom is upstairs. We now also offer the chance to use our family beach hut - please ask for details.

Quaint and rustic seaside cottage with parking

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Next available 22-25 Nov. Two minutes' walk from Wells harbour, Sea Pink is in a private square with off-street parking outside the door. The harbour has magical views over unspoilt saltmarsh wilderness, as well as fantastic restaurants and chic shops. Sea Pink is small but stylish. We've thought carefully about every detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean, Smart TV, superfast WiFi, high quality linen, private parking. Sunny decking area. A mile to the huge, beautiful beach.

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

Perfect for an Autumn / Winter short break. A small open plan brick and flint cottage and compact courtyard space, positioned in a quiet lane on the outskirts of Docking. (NB. the opposite end from pub & shop.) The cottage is located just 4 miles from the Norfolk Heritage Coast with easy access to great dog walks, bird sanctuaries, nature reserves and cycle paths. Naturally Norfolk are small independent holiday property owners who offer simple, accommodation at a sensible price.

Little Barn - a converted barn in Ringstead, an attractive village three miles from Hunstanton and the North Norfolk coast, ideal for family days out on the beach and great water sports. Sandringham and other historic houses are close by as are RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham. The village has a great local shop and the Gin Trap, our village pub is within a short walk - a must for gin and foodie lovers alike. The village is on the Peddars Way - a walkers paradise.

Fortune Cottage is a charming period 2 bedroom semi-detached property at the heart of Burnham Market, 3 minutes walk from The Green. This a family 2nd home and therefore furnished to a high standard throughout, with a patio area and furniture outside. The property benefits from fast WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 3 night stay applies in late July and August.
