Despite its size, the apartment is spacious, fully equipped and invites you to take a break from the urban hustle and bustle through the bathtub and the balcony overlooking our pond. Work stays can also be made pleasant at the height-adjustable desk and with VDSL connection. 4 stops from the main train station and 15 minutes walking through the picturesque Little Venice to the Cathedral Square.

This is a very nice and modernly furnished apartment in a prime location. It is located directly opposite the EGA and a 5-minute walk from the Erfurt exhibition hall. The S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 7 minutes. So you can leave the car relaxed. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside and perfect for lots of relaxation after an active day.

The child-friendly apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022, it can accommodate 4 people and a small child. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Schmalkalden, it is the starting point for hiking and cycling trips or for exploring the old town. For nice evenings in our large garden, we will gladly provide you with a barbecue or enjoy your time in our beautiful conservatory.

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor pond. Pool, terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis. Excellent transport links, tram stop at 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
