This apartment is located in the centre of the small town of Imst in the Tyrol in one of Imst´s oldest houses. Far away from Lederhosen and mass tourism, it´s the perfect place to come back after, hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, swimming, enjoying nature and culture - also suitable for digital nomads. A steep and narrow staircase takes you up to the apartment, with stunning views especially from the balcony. There´s a lovely, welcoming second-hand bookshop down below, too.

Haus Sautens is a charming chalet with a stunning view in a little and quiet village, Sautens/Oetztal. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus directly near ski resorts such as Sölden ( Glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by the free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, it also continues to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 are 15 minutes away. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 min. on highway! In the summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, incl. Garden house and sun loungers.

Sunny and quiet location directly at the valley run, t-bar lift, ski school and bike park. Ski in/out, bike in/out. Ideal starting point for all kinds of sports, summer and winter. Playground at the house. We are bike home partner: lockable storage room, laundry service (for a fee), bike assembly stand incl. tools.
