4 Bed 2.5 bath home in S.E. Lansing

We will be closed till June 30, 2023 to bring in new beds and some deep cleaning.-Sorry for the inconvenience. This family home has the best of city and and country. It's a rural setting with woods, pet friendly fields in back but just a bike ride away from Meijer Thrifty Acres, Target, banks, pet supply store, restaurants and more. The house also has plenty of couches and chairs for guests. Easy access to Michigan State University and state government adds to the convenience.

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.

Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
