Our door is open to all. Once upon a time an old federation warehouse sat quietly on Mountain Street. It was a space where hard working people built, made and created. Workers came and went and its strong framework was a space for many an industry, including an old leather tannery. As the years went on, the area around it began to evolve. Change was in the air. Fast forward to 2017 and that old warehouse has been lovingly converted into Veriu’s newest hotel. With a nod to the past through the hotel’s exposed industrial features, the hotel reflects the future of travel and celebrates todays traveller with innovative and stylish design and loft inspired living.

The Dunkirk's two floors of boutique hotel accommodation were completely renovated and refurbished in July 2021, honouring the charm of this heritage-listed building whilst adding modern amenities including new smart televisions (equipped with Netflix, Disney, Stan, and other subscription services for guest log-in), sleek mini-fridges, appropriate lighting, and plush luxurious new bedding. Feel relaxed in our Double Room with ensuite bathroom facilities. Full walk-in shower and amenities.

AMAZING and HUGE - Unique residential warehouse. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a huge luxurious bath), laundry & backyard. Artistically decorated, huge open plan space. Lovely modern kitchen, 3 dining areas for entertaining, wifi, Cable (foxtel), apple tv. Unlimited street parking (with local permit). Walking distance to Annandale village, Glebe, Newtown, Sydney Uni, RPA Hospital. Located 15 minutes by bus to the CBD, 10 minutes by car, or 40 minutes walk. Very quiet and private.

This stylish budget accomodation is in the perfect location. Located in the inner west of Sydney. Close to RPA hospital & cbd. Newly renovated. Private rooms with ensuite & shared kitchen facilities. Above the Annandale hotel which is now a foodie haven! The accomodation is above a pub so its not recommended for children.
