This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. The space is the perfect combination of old historic charm with a modern urban flair with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the front windows. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. The spa inspired bathroom has numerous amenities included.

The Water Street Loft

This loft apartment is located in the heart of downtown Decorah. Dixie's Biergarten and Pulpit Rock Breweries are less than a 1/2 mile walk. Coffee shops, excellent shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking trails are only blocks away. The apartment is freshly renovated. The building's original hardwood floors were restored before a new kitchen and bathroom were installed. The sofa includes a queen pullout (bedding provided). The kitchen and bathroom contain all essentials.

Our modern loft is in the heart of the Historic East Village district with an easy walk to everything and one parking space included. Walking distance to plenty of nightlife, the Farmer's Market, the Civic Center and Wells Fargo Arena. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen.
