Beautiful views and exclusive quality in the 1st row with walking distance to the forest. Comfort and luxury with warmth and good materials, sustainable decor with many flea finds and personal hotel vibe. Plenty of space in the large kitchen-living room, heavy and soundproof oak doors for all rooms, 5 lovely Hästens beds (2 with elevation). Delicious apartment in beautiful nature !

Come and relax in this unique and quiet space. The apartment is located in a 3-length farm, it is completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature just up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and are just 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. We look forward to welcoming you!

Spacious cottage 40 minutes from Copenhagen

Lovely newly renovated cottage, with 3 separate rooms. New kitchen done in the best quality with induction hot plates, among other things. Storr living room with both dining area and TV section with, among other things, 40” TV with 38 channels and smart TV function. Lovely secluded garden with 5 strategically placed sun terraces where it is possible to sit in the sun all day. Good parking on the grounds, including carport for the open car. 900 meters down to the landowners association's lovely bathing jetty, located in the cozy cove.

Cozy classic cottage, located directly to the beach meadow / natural area and only 130 meters from the water. With enchanting views of the Lammefjord - with the sky and the water as an ever-changing painting. Enjoy the view of the fjord sitting in the 39 degrees hot water in the wilderness bath, which is integrated into the terrace and high placed in the back garden. Cook delicious bonfires while you enjoy yourself around the large fire pit, or light up the barbecue on the covered terrace and enjoy how close nature surrounds this house.

Light and bright totally refurbished luxury cottage with all amenities for a comfortable stay. 1 minute walk to Isefjord with plenty of bird life and child friendly swimming. Shopping facilities less than 3 km away. Great restaurants, shops and cinema 15 min. drive in Frederiksund. Visit ecological Svanholm farm nearby with pet animals and fresh cows milk. Here you can pick flower bouquets for 50,- and hang out in cafe. Se amazing star lit sky from terrasse and spa. Friendly neighbors all round.

Kid friendly house with hot tub & trampoline

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl - og vildmarksbad! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus og have. I haven er der terrasse, vildmarksbad, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & 5 min kørsel til skov. OBS: Vildmarksbadet kan ikke bruges i frostvejr.

Atmosphere & Spa facilities

Have a fantastic holiday in this cozy summer house with lots of activities for both children and adults. The house is centrally located in a big vacation area with beautiful nature and ferries to other parts of Denmark. With only 700m to a fine sandy beach, via a small calm path-road, and 3 km to the city center with restaurants, café's, bars and shopping opportunities. At the big theme park "Sommerland Sjælland" only 7 km away you can spend a whole day with the kids.

Lovely kitchen/living room with amazing light, both due to skylights and large window section facing the terrace and garden. The kitchen has a cooking island, wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 rooms with large loft, large bathroom with both spa and shower as well as utility room with laundry facilities. It is 1000 meters to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.
