The location of this villa provides an excellent balance of peace and privacy. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's still close enough to famous tourist destinations on the coast. The closest coastal towns are just a short drive from the villa.(15km). Fazana is possible to take the ferry to Brijuni National Park. You can visit central Istria, enjoy beautiful views and taste the Istrian delicacies of prosciutge and other specialties. Visit Pula, Roman amphitheater, beautiful Rovinj, castle in Savičenta.

Charming cottage with pool and garden

This particular home has its own style. An old stone house, has been converted into a stylish, small holiday home with a lot of sensitivity. It offers all the amenities for two people as well as a wonderful, private, spacious terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet neighborhood. It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. Parking is in the yard, free of charge.
