175 m2 house in Drôme des Collines with private pool, not directly overlooked. This 2-story house will charm you and remind you of the taste of rustic but comfortable holidays. It is located 500 meters after the exit of the village, on the edge of a road, just close enough to get bread on foot or by bike. The exterior, very flowery, is maintained at a minimum in order to favor biodiversity. If you're looking for a house with nothing that stands out, it's not here ;)

The sweety house of St Peray

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

In Isère, at the foot of the Écrins National Park, a mountain house, a pottery workshop, a large and beautiful cottage and a nice bed and breakfast. The cottage is private, it includes: - a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed). - one bedroom: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, office area. - one bedroom: 1 double bed, reading area and fireplace. - a bathroom. - a beautiful terrace and garden with barbecue. Very quiet hamlet.
