Apartment in Saint Jean d'Angely

Beautiful 37 m² apartment in a part of a large Charentaise farmhouse, 40 minutes from the beaches (Fouras, Port des Barques, etc.) and 1 hour from the bridges of the island of Oléron and the island of Ré. All the comforts you need to spend your vacation between the sea and the countryside. Located near the historic town of Saint Jean d'Angely, less than 3 km from all amenities and 6 km from the international motocross circuit. Ideal location to visit our department.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Villa Naturelle is one of our special accomodations : this is a house with heart. On top of that, it is located in a great area from where visits of national heritage as well as sea front are easily possible. On stage, the privative jaccuzi keeps you zen.

Large house in the countryside but easy to access, accommodating from 1 to 12 people. Located on the St Genis/Jonzac road 8 minutes from Jonzac (12 km), spa town. 35 minutes from Saintes (32 km), 50 minutes from Royan (45 km) (seaside town) and 1 hour from Bordeaux (84 km). Linen kit available at an extra cost, including bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. Baby kit available on request.

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
