Tram stop right in front of the front door of the stairwell. To the railway station 1.9 km, 9 minutes by tram. Nearest grocery store 250 m, metro station 300 m. Bars and restaurants pop up on nearby streets. There are also several play parks and playgrounds nearby, closest 120m. Guests will have access to the building's free laundry room.

Cozy place in most beautiful neighbourhood! 2 blocks from sea & park. Bathroom newly renovated (2024). Good ventilation. Scenic 15 min walk to center and tram/ bus/ citybike. Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. No elevator. Fast internet. Grocery store 2 min. Islands, cozy restaurants, design district, boutiques nearby. Happy to help!

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Our pet friendly guest apartment is located close to the beautiful Nuuksio National Park. Distance is 30 about km from from Helsinki center. The apartment consists of a bedroom , shower room and kitchen.. Nuuksio National Park is an area with over 100 lakes and ponds and a preferred get away for stressed city people and tourists. The house is in-midst a beautiful large garden, on the boarder of a small river and easy to reach by to public transportation.

Cozy home in Kallio

A cozy little home on a great location. Kallio is the beating heart of Helsinki with local coffee shops, good restaurants and welcoming pubs, yet a peaceful with beautiful parks and the sea near by.
