Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that recently underwent a complete renovation. It sleeps up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms +as well as a sofa bed with two sleeping places. The cottage is located by a lake with its own jetty and wood fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.

Stugan är helt nyrenoverad med en braskamin på undervåningen, här finns matbord, kök, toalett och en bäddsoffa samt utgång till en stor uteplats.
