Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Lófi Cottage: Small house on the Upplands Way

This is a newly built (2022) small house close to the Upplands Way (Upplandsleden) hiking trail, and the Lunsen nature reserve with walking trails and beautiful scenery. Only 12 minute drive to Knivsta, or 25 minute drive to central Uppsala. 2.3 km to the nearest bus stop. New deck installed August 2024. Outside space/garden has not yet been landscaped. However, beautiful views, forest and walking trails are right on your door.
