OCEAN VIEW STUDIO - close to airport

The space is a private studio connected to the main house with a separate entrance. It is located in Kailua-Konas main residential neighborhood known as “Palisades”. A friendly dog (her name is Kona) lives on the property and enjoys spending time on the deck during the day. Although there is no a/c in the room, temperatures remain cool and comfortable at 1500 ft elevation. An ideal base to explore the Kona coast. When available I have an extra car for rent.

A beautiful house for rent adjacent to the house that our family occupies. The rental unit is located in a new and quiet subdivision with 180 degree ocean views, is well landscaped and has ample parking. Accessible by newly paved roads, which offer ample room for morning walks. Enjoy amazing sunsets every evening right from the lanai. Lanai includes comfortable outdoor furniture.
