The specious, newly renovated house is located very near to the beautiful sandy beach of Yumigahama, Izu, Shizuoka pref. Literally one-two minutes walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is quiet as cars can't drive into the block. There is a covered porch conneccted with the shared living room, which is perfect for relaxing, as it is rain/insect free. In summer, several cafe-restaurants open by the beach, as well as Japanese seafood restaurants open all year round.

以前は大手企業の保養所でしたので、お部屋は広々で重厚な鉄筋コンクリ―トなので静かな環境です。伊豆急行・今井浜海岸駅から徒歩５分。今井浜ビーチまでも６分です。新鮮な刺身なら河津駅前のスーパーアオキの鮮魚コーナー近くには『ガスト』や中華料理店もあります（車５分）ハイシーズン以外なら１日２組限定ですが、テラスでBQQもできます。（食材持ち込み。道具代として１人１５００円）
