An inn with a 120-year-old hearth built by a resident-style farmhouse It is a quiet house in a small village.Please be quiet at night. We can accommodate up to 4 people (including children). No meals without meals (ingredients can be brought in) Guests with more than 4 people can stay at an additional cost. Additional charge from 5,000yen per person During the heating period (around November), 2,000 yen is charged as heating fee. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom Fans (available) When using the hearth, we charge 2000 yen (with 2Kg of charcoal) as the hearth usage fee. Note!️ Please note that grilled dishes such as BBQ, yakiniku, and oiled fish in the fireplace are not possible. (Barbecue, etc. outdoors, please) For those who wish to eat starting at JPY 3500 Outdoor BBQ ingredients from JPY 4000 Morning set 600 yen (bread, coffee, etc.) Meals must be booked in advance. This is a rental cottage on the beachfront in the sacred place of art and Naoshima.There are two buildings on the sea side and on the mountain side, and Kai will be the building on the sea side.Free parking spaces are available on site, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a separate two-story building, with 6 beds in the ground floor bedroom and up to 2 futons in the Japanese-style room on the second floor, so you can stay between 6 and 8 people. Spacious house with garden, facing a local shrine

Opend in May 2023, YAMANOTE HOUSE is accessible from major Kansai stations with 37min from Kyoto Sta. or 65min from Osaka Sta. If you come by car from Kyoto it takes less than 1 hour. The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year. 12 bicycles (inc. those for children) are available. You can visit the Shirahige Shrine, famous for its Torii in the lake, in a 15min by those.

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

Wheelers Den is a cosy and quiet self contained house in a lovely rural village. Ideal as a base for experiencing authentic village life and exploring Nara, Wazuka and southern Kyoto. Amazing cycling, hiking, temples, 700 year old stone carvings, tea plantations, rice fields and mountains all close. Free rental bikes available. By train Nara is 15 minutes. Iga ninja museum and castle 35 mins. Kyoto 57 mins. Osaka 50 mins. Free parking for one car. A great place for a unique experience of Japan.

B:Kyoto MACHIYA with garden woodbath Barrier free

Just 5 minutes by walk from subway Imadegawa station. You can stay like you live in Kyoto. We have wooden bath with small garden view. There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with Japanese traditional style garden "Karesansui "garden view. This house is barrier free. There are distance between Tatami room and wood floor but we can prepare bed at wood floor so I think it is no problem. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.
