It is small but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. My place has beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. 200m to the lake. 10% discount for 7 or more nights. Walking distance to many nice places. I charge a basic fee for 2 people and $50 each extra person, maximum of 4 people., Planes fly overhead. Most guests enjoy this.
