Nautical Aegean Beach Villa with Private Infinity Pool

You can sleep and listen to the sounds of the sea. The rocky beach in front of the house is like beeing private since only the house guests swim in the sea on front... The house is close to athens airport (about 30 kilometers) and there are many places from there to visit around. The poseidon temple is about 20 minutes drive and other ancient Greek monuments are around. There are plenty of sandy beaches and nice taverns with greek traditional plates. Not unless required from the guests. It's a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, perfect for exploring on foot, while the sea here is great for snorkelling in. It's also close to Lavrion Harbour, which offers numerous tavernas, bars, and shopping opportunities. Best way is by car.

Fully equipped country house with private garden

The house(72m2) has two bedrooms, bathroom as well as a living room and kitchen. The one bedroom has a double bed,closets and a/c.The other room consists of two single beds,closets and a/c.In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as a bed and also a smart 40 ''TV and a/c.In the some area is a table with 4 chairs and fireplace.In the kitchen there is a fridge, electric oven, nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.There is an veranda and thehouse is located in a land of 900m2.

Lavrio stone house 5 min from the centre/port

Our cosy 1 bedroom traditional stone house is located on Aisopidi street, few min away from the central square of Lavrion, the Marina and the port. It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Outstanding Panoramic View, 10΄ beach, 20΄ airport

Rustic house immersed in bushland with wide view located in Olympos in Kalyvia Thorikou. Minutes from pristine bushland and beaches (less than 10΄). 40 minutes from the center of Athens, 20 minutes from the Athens' Airport and the Port of Lavrio. Simple architecture and cosy atmosphere with ample natural light perfectly suited to relaxing vacations in the mountains overlooking the Saronikos Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink gazing at the sun emerging or immersing into the sea!

Vourkari House

Beautiful new house in Vourkari. Fully equiped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view of the bay from the roof garden. The house is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Blue Horizon at Tsonima | Beach 2', BBQ, Sea View

Clear your mind in this spacious and serene place. The house (90 m²) is renovated and fully equipped. It provides nice sea view from the balcony, perfect to relax. It is located only 2 minutes (100m) from the beach! It is also only 10 minutes away from Lavrio, the third-largest passenger port in Athens, full of stores and a variety of choices for food and drinks, 25 minutes from Sounion and the spectacular Temple of Poseidon and 25 minutes from Athens International Airport "El. Venizelos".

Family-friendly place. Cozy light house in an olive grove. Land around the house with barbecue and plants. Closest suburb of Athens. 20 min from Athens 30 min from the airport. 1 hour to the center. 20min to Poseidon Palace Archaeological Museum.Great green area. 3 min. to beautiful equipped beaches, pedestrian zone along the coast, parks, playgrounds, Restaurants, taverns on the coast, supermarkets, sailing club, diving club, 3 min by car. 10 min walk to the bus to the center of Athens.

Cape Villa and Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. Authentic kea house is located on a cliff with a beautiful view, quite remote but also close to places and combines a rural life with comfortable modern elements. The house is close to the stores, restaurants and beaches and provides the perfect spot for authentic Greek vacation! It has one big main room with two double beds and two single comfortable sofa beds in a second area that locks from the other. There is a big spacious veranda for relaxation and view of the sunset.
