Guesthouse Agae is a limited stay for one group that has been renovated from an old private house.It is located in a very convenient location, about 550 meters (about 7 minutes on foot) to Kumano Kodo and Oji (about 7 minutes on foot), supermarkets (A Corp), bus stops (Kodo-walking), and restaurants (Lolichi Chaya, Tororoya) within a 30-second walk. Since the owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, we will respond as much as possible to questions and advice about walking on the old road, and pick up and drop off in case of trouble.A personal guide is also available, so please feel free to contact us. Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Nigishima-cho is located in the southern part of Mie prefecture, and you can enjoy the beautiful azure seascape called Kumano Blue. This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on Sunday and February 1st. (Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.
