Immenstadt is located in the heart of Allgäu in the heart of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, skiing and swimming trips. The Kleinwalstertal in Austria is about 30 minutes by car.

Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Shopping and cozy refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (small cars, see restriction under 'Access for guests') simplify the stay.

The perfect location to experience the most beautiful excursion destinations and the unique nature of Allgäu. A great bike path starts practically at your doorstep to Kempten ( 20 km tour ) - great hiking paradise. Many things within walking distance. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Oberallgäu, at the foot of the green. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing holiday. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for beautiful hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (touring ski from the front door possible)

Fantastic attic apartment with mountain views (70 square meters)

The dreamy new top floor apartment with mountain view is the perfect place for vacation. The light-flooded, sunny and very spacious apartment offers plenty of space for a family or friends. The view from the windows shows a great mountain panorama. If you like to cook for yourself, there is a large kitchenette with cooking utensils. The spacious dining area is also perfect for social evenings. The parking lot is directly at the house.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave oven, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, etc. can be parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.
