Live in nature and with nature. Our apartment under the roof has more than 90 square meters, is bright, friendly & well equipped. We live on the lower floor. Special is the view through the huge windows of the swimming lake and the forest. We are well equipped for families and look forward to children (ask for the children's discount directly with us). Responsible dogs are also welcome! Our hobbies are mountain biking and horseback riding - on request we can take you with us!

My accommodation is close to Ludwigshafen, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Speyer, Landau and Karlsruhe. Deidesheim is the “secret wine capital” of the Palatinate in the heart of the German Wine Route. You will love my accommodation because of its cozy location right next to the spa park with a pond. This compact apartment offers a cozy living experience. The balcony right in the green is an oasis of relaxation. The apartment is ideal for both business people and holidaymakers.

Who ? can already walk from your bedroom over a sandy beach to a private lake? For 2 people a hide-away with a great luxury. Charming lake view living

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the whole building) in 2017. It is located on the ground floor and has a size of about 55 sqm. The terrace is facing south, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern way. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things (fitted kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes etc.).
