Small cozy mountain hut, away from the hustle and bustle, secluded location (about 100 m to the nearest house) in a small forest plot. Fire / barbecue area as well as public playground and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. In winter (with snow) ski and toboggan slope directly at the house (private - without elevator) There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No wifi, bad cell phone connection. Car available via meadow path in summer. In winter approx. 100 m walk. Basic heating elect.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

At the first floor with many windows the apartment is friendly, spacious and beautifully bright In the blue bedroom there is a large 4-poster bed. The blue and white tiled, spacious bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower. In the large, cozy living room, there are two cozy couches that can be transformed into two individual sleeping places in a few steps. It has a comfortable hanging chair for chilling and a spacious fireplace corner for the cool evenings.

Lovely romantic little "castle"

120 years old secession vila. Full of antiques and tales. Out of city rush. Regular cleaning and disinfection. Private sauna in the house. Close to Děčín, Sněžník, Tiske stěny, Hřensko. You can have a coffee in our tower:)! You can use a garden with trampoline as well. Excellent pub nearby:) Open water swimming pool 100m far. Fireplace in the livingroom. Barbecue set in the garden. Perfect for your holiday!
