Cozy cottage located on the edge of the forest. Here you can enjoy a lovely sauna and cozy evenings in the BBQ. Close to lake, fishing, forest and mountain hiking. Ski tracks and ice skating in the area. The cottage has EVERYTHING you need for a quiet and pleasant time off. There is also an associated guesthouse with 2 bedrooms if you are a large company. Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except for the residential building. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour with a car to the magic mountain world summer as winter, about 25 minutes with a car to central Östersund with a great range of restaurants and other activities. Bicycles and wood-fired sauna and boat are available to borrow for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? Gårdsboende i Häggenås, ca 3 mil från Östersund. Lantligt och naturnära. Självhushåll i vårt mysiga annex. Del av en helt nyrenoverad enplansvilla som består av tre rum och kök, badrum med badkar. Dubbelsäng i det större sovrummet, en 140 cm säng i det mindre sovrummet. Den del som ej uthyres består av tvättstuga och förrådsutrymmen. Enkel uteplats för morgonkaffet. Stor gräsmatta med utrymme för lek. Tillgång till gungor, klätterställning och studsmatta.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
