Anno 1775, large country house, 9 rooms, 220 sqm.

In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Sunny and private 2500 sqm garden. We are looking for a discrete family or couple that take good care of our beloved house.

Wonderful beachfront villa on Älgö in Saltsjöbaden, Swedish archipelago. Living area 110 m2. The villa has been updated in 2019 with new appliances, heating system and all surface layers inside, renovated bathroom with heating floor, shower, wc and washing machine. An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom. Fireplace for cozy winter nights, dining areas both inside and in the outdoor space and in the glassed veranda. Three bedrooms.

New Designer Villa on Private Lake Side Property

Brand new designer villa on private lake side property. You see the lake wherever you go. Small sandy beach (mixed small stones). You will feel like you are alone on the lake. No motorboats allowed. Only sound from birds and the wind. Shoppingcenter and foodcourt 10 minutes away. Central Stockholm 25 minutes. Everything for the kids; Trampoline, bicycles, kayaks, toys, cutlery. (We have 3 children). So safe with fences, gates. Wonderful natural forrest where you can hike for hours. Artlovers.

High up on a cliff this cottage offers sweeping views of the Baltic Sea to the front and a magical forest in your backgarden. Blueberry and lingon bushes are everywhere for those of you who'd like to harvest your own breakfast from nature. The cottage was built in the 1940s and, although it has been continuously renovated to keep up with modern standards, it retains a cosy old world charm with an open fire and original windows. The space is bright and has plenty of light throughout the day.
