The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Welcome to Biot, the beautiful medieval village. Our detached house (full foot +/- 60 m2) is ideally located due south in front of a green area, high above a hill overlooking the beautiful hilly area of the Côte d 'Azur offering a splendid view of the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of the sea. We are located in a quiet street, without exit, but still close to cities like Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) and Cannes (20 min).

Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.
