Charming ground-floor apartment within our family house in the historical center of Las Palmas. Situated on a quiet pedestrian street behind the cathedral, close to all monuments, museums, cozy restaurants and walking distance from the Triana Street shopping area. The apartment is in a family building of only 3 floors, built in 1998, very quiet and bright. The street is pedestrian and the building has an elevator.

Small single-family home, located in Playa de Arinaga. Very bright and ideal for couples, or couples with children. Located in a central and very quiet area, on one of the main avenues of Arinaga. It consists of a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a living room with TV and internet and two sofa beds and two sofa beds, well-lit kitchen and a small bathroom. On the roof that is walkable, there is an outdoor shower with two hammocks and the laundry room.

The house is in the middle of an old neighborhood, away from tourist strongholds in Santa Lucia de Tirajana , 29km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest larger supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is in the village. Tirajana Valley is an ideal for hiking lovers. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.
