Idéal pour un séjour nature au calme, tout en étant proche des commodités. Pas de wifi, uniquement connecté à la Loire Mise à dispo draps+ serviettes : 40€ D'octobre à avril, si besoin chauffage : relevage de compteur à l’entrée et sortie pour paiement selon votre conso. Close to the river, hiking trails, close to shops and services. 15 km from Angers and the banks of the Loire, Terra Botanica Park, Aqua Vita. Many sites within 2 hours:Bioparc de Doué en Anjou ,Puy du Fou, Ocean, Futuroscope. weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday €353, bath linen, kitchen and bedroom included. Charming house, a balcony on the Loire.

A veritable garden on the river, our house offers unobstructed views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June,July, August, September) we offer an additional room with 4 single beds in the garden floor of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The cottage, classified 3 stars, is located 300 metres from the Mayenne River and the towpath on the way to the Vélo Francette. It is in the heart of a small village in the Blue Anjou, close to the Lion of Angers. Ideal for visiting the area and discovering its castles: Plessis Bourré for example is a few kilometers away. The cottage is comfortable on 2 levels with a terrace. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing and cultural holiday....

Cozy little home in charming little village

Cozy little apartment in a quiet street. The village is located at the edge of Sarthe with its small port, lock and guinguette! The property has many amenities. it is independent from my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, the fiber has just arrived in our small town 😉 it is with great pleasure that I will welcome you with my faithful Australian shepherd.
