Charming house in the old town, walking distance from points of interest. Street parking 2min walking, railway station 10min walking. First floor of a building in a courtyard (stairs to access), 2 private rooms with bathroom, a dining room with bed-couch, bathroom, and mezzanine with queen size bed and desk, Living room with sofa tv and books, furnished kitchen. Terrace with great view, table, solarium and laundry (stairs to access). Fast WiFi, air-co in all the bedrooms. Perfect for groups.

Tulsi Rooms

A charming little house is situated in the oldest bit of Marittima a pretty village set on a hill looking down towards the crystal clear waters of the Sea. Marittima consists of two bars a family run Trattoria and a small local shop for buying fresh groceries. The house is on two floors ,whitewashed with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light,tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. Walking distance to the cove of Acquaviva and a minutes car drive down the unspoilt Salento coastline.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Holiday salento villa aleardi

Villa aleardi is eighty meters from the sea and only one hundred and fifty meters from the center with restaurants, clubs and shops. Torre San Giovanni is a town with 8 km of white sand, pearl of the Ionian coast of Salento. The furnishings are complete and in perfect condition, the terrace with sea view is very attractive with fireplace, barbecue, sink, stools, table and space for sun loungers.

Palazzo Ferramosca (pool and garden) near Otranto

Fantastic, luxurious villa, with large gardens, swimming pool, and perfect for a vacation in style and comfort. It is located in the very center of Muro Leccese, one of the finest towns, near to the beautiful sea of Otranto. The house is full of art/design, and has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the old town, 20 people can dine outside under the pergola.
