My accommodation is close to the beach, while being very quiet. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station, close to the Casino d 'Arcachon, you can find everything nearby. The terrace is well oriented, the apartment is very bright. The "cleaning fee" corresponds to the supply of linen (sheets, towels, towels...). The apartment is to be returned in the condition in which it was handed over. Any breach will be subject to a deduction from the deposit. The residence contains a secure underground car park
