The luxurious, 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores points with a unique and quiet location directly on the lake. Inside, you will find highlights such as a private sauna, whirlpool tub as well as a large terrace with mountain and lake view. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible, you can walk, for example, to ski, hike, experience water sports, sunbathe on the Walensee or cozy to the charming restaurant/bar on the lake, everything is right at your doorstep.

Wonderful holiday home with cablecar to ski area

2 bedroom apartment in the Walensee Resort with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, ski storage, laundrette, covered parking. The resort is surrounded by mighty mountains, ideal for skiing and all sorts of winter activites. The cablecar is 200m/3min walking distance and goes directly to Flumserberg with amazing slopes in the winter, and hiking, climbing and biking trails in the summer. A luxurious thermal bath & spa is only 20min drive and a huge indoor sports complex 15min away.

Charming holiday apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Nice luminous flat of 40m2 for 1-2 travelers. Stunning mountains views from the own balcony. A fully equipped kitchenette including oven and 4 electric plates to cook compelement the offer. Own space bathroom with a shower. The clean mountain air & the calmness of the place will charm you. Please be aware that local fees apply for linen & towel rental (42 CHF - optional) as well as final cleaning & admin (~80 CHF depending on length - mandatory). Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Very cozy attic in Laax - direct from ski lift

Beautiful completely renovated apartment, located 2 min from the valley station in Laax and the Rockresort with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace and large comfortable sofa. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are a lovely and harmonious open space. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a large double bed and 1 with 3 custom built single bunk beds. There is one bathroom complete with shower tiled in the special local Vals stone.

Ferien im Heidiland Unsere helle 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung befindet sich an bester Lage in Walenstadt. Walenstadt ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Region mit seinen vielen Ausflugszielen zu erkunden. Die Wohnung besticht weiter durch die sonnige Lage und die grosse zur Verfügung stehende Grünfläche (zur Alleinnutzung). Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.
