Mountain house: ski hikes and relaxation

Our house, rated 3 stars, is located at the top of Réal, a village near Lake Puyvalador, in a green setting at the foot of a forest path that will lead you to the Col de Sansa. A few km from the Angles animal park and the Balnéo ski resort and spa, the monorail toboggan, 3 km from the Formiguères ski resort. On the ground floor: living room with a 2-seater sofa, dining room and functional kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms.

A private terrace offers a relaxed seating area with comfortable outdoor furniture. A dining table is set for meals, with natural greenery visible in the background against a scenic mountain landscape. A large umbrella provides shade for sunny days.

Perfect for stays for families or friends, this accommodation has a balneo bathtub for two, an equipped kitchen, a terrace with barbecue, as well as the sheets and towels provided. Enjoy the calm and access to the chairlift as well as the hiking trails. Rest, comfort and nature will be the key words of your stay.

T2 cabin 4/6 pers. Very close to ski slopes and downhill bike trails. Hiking trails directly accessible from the residence. Heated pool, open when the resort is open in winter (ski) and in July/August. Playground, ping-pong tables, tennis courts, skate park, zip line, mini-golf, outdoor swimming pool, Nordic bath... at the foot of the residence. Laundromat. In Ax-les-Th, fun thermal area, free access to thermal pools, ice rink.

T2 located less than 80 m from the tourist office and the gondola. All shops and services nearby. Rated 3 stars, it offers high-end comfort and welcomes you in the warm atmosphere of the Esprit chalet. Bright, it has a beautiful south-facing terrace with magnificent views of the mountains. A real cozy nest, it adapts perfectly to families for up to 5 people. Free parking and WIFI, recently changed bedding (summer 2023).

Very nice warm and comfortable south facing new house with terrace and garden. The village of Latour de Carol is ideally located for holidays for families or friends, with many activities: cycling, skiing, hiking, walks ... Proximity to Spain (10 min) and Andorra (25 min). Ski resorts are a 15 min drive to the nearest Porté Puymorens. This house is part of a set of two identical, perfectly independent holiday homes.
