With stunning views of Ponta Verde beach, the flat has recently been completely redecorated to include a bed and worktop both with picturesque views of palm trees and the turquoise ocean , especially beautiful in December and January. The flat is within walking distance of some of the best bars and restaurants in Maceió and is also near supermarkets and banks.
