This tastefully decorated small cottage is conveniently located just three blocks to downtown Highlands. Just a 10-12 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

The Cozy Cottage is just 9 miles from Clemson’s Memorial Stadium (Death Valley). This peaceful retreat has plenty of comfortable interior space and has an expansive exterior country setting. Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

Jocassee Lake Acres - 7 acre farm - boat friendly

Enjoy nature with family and friends and relax at our charming farm house sitting on 7 acres of peaceful pastures. We have been renovating this 100 year old farm house and invite you to come and enjoy the scenery. All rooms have been updated. Starlink internet available for guests.
