This adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage sleeps 6/8 and is walking distance to Canyon Lake's Boat Ramp 7, has several boat ramp options nearby, as well as a neighborhood park w/playground & pickle /basket ball courts .B/c we are on a double lot you will have plenty of room for parking a boat. We love making memories so we have included free high speed internet, a ping pong table, outdoor fire pit, grill, tree swing and hot tub.
