Bring the whole family and buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun inside, backyard, and lakefront just across from the house. Beautiful view from the window to the pond, which includes a large fire pit, a gazebo, an outdoor cross fit playground, and the possibility of various leisure activities by the water, e.g. fishing. The family home is detached, with a large yard, playhouse, slides and swings. In the backyard, guests can use the hot tub, comfortable garden seating, and fire pit.

The house perfectly accomodates up to three couples, two families or a group of up to 7 guests - or use it as your home office at the lake. Feeling blissfully at home. Stunning nature. All seasons. Exotic cottage in nature. Beautiful view, peaceful

NO PET REQUESTS PLEASE WE HAVE A VERY FRIENDLY, 2 YEAR OLD CAT LIVING OUTSIDE ON THE PROPERTY. if you don't like cats please do not send a request. NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES OR EVENTS. PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town. The cottage in the trees overlooks the lake in a tranquil area ,a large garden/orchard. A very friendly, 2 year old cat lives here with us.

The small house in Seepark Weiden offers everything for a successful holiday at the lake. The house is located directly on the bay with sea access. Inside there is a nice living room, kitchenette, washing machine and a small bedroom on the ground floor. Under the roof is the second bedroom. The decor is simple, but has everything you need. The holiday home is located less than 10 minutes from the train station and the public seaside resort.

My very quiet, privacy-protected house in the reed is located directly on Lake Neusiedl. The beach bath pastures/lake, the house restaurant to the Blue Goose and "the Fritz" is only a 5-minute walk away. You'll love my place because of the large terrace & the unique pannonian setting. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (children's room + bunk bed available).
