Sweet studio near the centre

Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

No parties (more people than booked, loud noise, etc)! A cozy 2-bedroom apartment (50 m2) in the Duo Loftid building. The 2nd floor apartment faces an inner courtyard. A dedicated FREE parking spot in the closed courtyard is a great bonus in the old town paid parking zone. Nestled between Rüütli street with cafes and bars, Botanical Garden and River Emajõgi, the location is perfect for exploring the city centre. A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
